Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, or replacements of unused merchandise within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • All products must have their original tags, dust bags, and packaging boxes intact.

  • Items should be unused and in brand-new condition.

  • Gift Boxes are not eligible for returns or exchanges as they are considered final sale items.

  • Orders with free gifts are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as they are also considered final sale items.

If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service team at connectwithNSA@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

⚠️ Note: For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, the pick-up and delivery of return items will be the customer’s responsibility.

In Case of Missing Items

We take extra care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if an item is found missing from your package, here’s how we can help:

  1. Inform us about the missing item within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  2. Share a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package, the opening process, and the items received.

This helps us investigate and resolve the issue quickly. Please note that claims submitted beyond 48 hours or without an unboxing video may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

1. How do I return a product?
Changed your mind? No problem. You can submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your product, and we’ll happily process it. (But we’d love it if you shop with us again – just saying!)

2. Can I return a bag after trying it on?
We do not offer a try-on option. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days, provided it is unused, in original condition, and with all tags intact.

3. How do I exchange for a different bag?
Simply inform us, and we’ll exchange it for a different style or color within 7 days.

4. How long does it take to process a return or refund?
Once your return request is placed, we’ll arrange a pick-up within 24–48 hours. After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

5. How do I check my return status?
To track your return or exchange, please visit the Return/Exchange section on our website. Enter your Order Number or Phone Number/Email to view the status.
