Available Delivery Options & Rates
We currently offer Standard Express Delivery with full order tracking services.

Order Tracking
If you have not received your package by the expected delivery date:

  1. Please track your order via our website.

  2. Scroll to the footer and select “Track Your Order” to view updates from our courier partner.

Delivery Timelines

  • Deliveries are made by our staff, third-party couriers, logistics companies, or Postal Services.

  • Delivery windows are usually 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday–Sunday.

  • While we aim to deliver your order at the earliest, timelines may be impacted by:

    • Shipping restrictions

    • Payment authorisation

    • Online security checks

    • Stock availability

For special delivery requests, please contact us via WhatsApp, and we’ll try our best to arrange delivery as per your preferred date.

Failed Deliveries

  • Delivery agents generally make up to three attempts to deliver a package.

  • Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt (at the courier’s discretion).

  • If the recipient cannot be reached, the delivery agent will attempt to contact the given phone number to reschedule delivery.

  • If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us.

All orders are shipped either from our own warehouse or through third-party warehouses/stores/offices.
